Rod Goult - Chairman and Technical Director of The Victoria Group, Inc., has worked in a wide variety of disciplines in both manufacturing and service environments. Initially specializing in management systems for electronics design and manufacture and software, twenty three years of consulting and training have taken him into organizations ranging from The Ford Motor Company, Hewlett-Packard, AT&T, the US Army Corps of Engineers, the US Coastguard, the US Airforce, the US Army Centre for Health and Preventive Medicine, Georgia Pacific, DRS Photronics and Siemens through to consulting with a major Scottish charity providing residential and home care services to people with disabilities. At the other end of the scale he has also consulted with many small companies ranging from as few as five employees.

As part of a two-year small business quality program managed by the Bureau of Standards, Jamaica, he developed and presented a multi-part quality and environmental training program presented to multiple small to medium sized businesses in Jamaica ranging from coffee producers and quarrying operations to architects and engineering services companies.

He is the author of all The Victoria Group ISO 9001 training programs including the RABQSA International certified five-day Auditor/Lead Auditor training program as well as the Introduction to ISO 9001 Handbook. He co-authored the course on the application of ISO 9001 to Software Development and all the ISO 14001 training programs as well as the Introduction to ISO 14001 Handbook. These two handbooks are published on this website and available as free Acrobat downloads.

Rod has worked around the world on ISO 9001 certification, ISO 14001 certification and on product approval issues in telecommunications and has assisted many US companies to achieve first-time certification success. Outside of the company Rod is a regular contributor to conferences and publications on management system and auditing matters, and has been a significant contributor to the McGraw-Hill ISO 9000 Handbook.

In 1994 he became involved in the evolution and development of the International Auditor and Training Certification Association (IATCA), initially as a member of the Training Program Working Group, during which time he acted as requirements author for the committee. Late Rod became the Chairman of the Technical Committee and a Director of the organization at which he represented the interests of UK training providers. He was extensively involved in the development of the Criteria which still baseline training requirements used by auditor training and certification bodies world-wide.

Rod is an ISO 9001:2008 Certificated Lead Auditor in the UK-based IRCA auditor certification program and an RABQSA International certified Lead Auditor and regularly performs third-party audits for major international certification bodies.

Cindy Goult President, The Victoria Group, Inc. has been involved in ISO 9001 since the early nineties and ISO 14001 since its original publication in 1996. After working for a number of years as a consultant with AT&T in both quality and environmental areas, she joined The Victoria Group in 1996. After the publication of ISO 14001 she co-authored the ISO 14001 implementation and auditor training programs the company offers as well as working on many ISO 9001 projects. She is the original author of the ISO 14001 Handbook published on this website.

A certificated ISO 9001:2008 Lead Auditor through IRCA , Cindy has provided consulting and training to a wide range of companies from The Ford Motor Company through paper and plastics extrusions, electronics manufacturing, metal fabrication and service development organizations, through to chemical processing, metal foundries and forests. Cindy regularly performs audits for a major international certification body.

Cindy is a lead trainer for the ISO 9001 Auditor/Lead Auditor training program and has presented implementation and auditor training courses in the US, Canada and Jamaica.


Steve Mullally - Senior Consultant, worked in quality assurance with Eastman Kodak for 18 years where he was extensively involved in Vendor Assurance programs, Quality Improvement Programs and implementing ISO 9001. Over the years, Steve developed and presented numerous training programs and performed system assessments against ISO 9001, ISO 17025 (laboratory), Regulatory Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Good Laboratory Practices (GLPs), as well as the Kodak "Q1" Supplier Quality System. More recently Steve has provided consulting and training in ISO 13485, the quality management system standard for medical device manufacturers.

In his many years with The Victoria Group Steve has worked with a wide range of companies, from The Ford Motor Company, AT&T and Georgia Pacific through many smaller companies and organizations with wide ranging products and services. Steve was intimately involved with the Jamaican small business project and presented many of the training events which comprised that initiative as well as auditor training and conducting assessments of participating companies.

Steve is a Certificated Lead Auditor and an RABQSA International Certified Quality Systems Lead Auditor and regularly performs audits for a major international certification body.
